Diplomate Bio

Dr. Chris Ward has been practicing dentistry in Oklahoma for over 20 years.  Born and raised in Oklahoma, he played small college baseball while studying Biology-Medical at Oklahoma Christian University and continued his professional degree at the University of Oklahoma, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2000. 

His passion for changing the lives of his patients drives his efforts to excel in Implant Dentistry.  He has received the highest credential from the American Board of Oral Implantologist becoming accredited as a Board Certified Dental Implantologist.  He averages over 150 hours per year in continuing education as it relates to Implant Dentistry (many years over 250 hours). 

Dr. Ward’s dental team has been with him cumulatively for 35 years.  They are an integral part of his success and their support is a big part of who he is today.  In 2020, Dr. Ward opened Dental Implant Center of Oklahoma where the exclusive focus is implant-related procedures and All-On-4 dental implant solutions. 

Dr. Ward has been married to his wife, Melissa, for 30 years and they have five children.  They are involved in church and kids’ athletics and activities.  He really enjoys primitive archery hunting, fishing, playing on the lake in the summer, hiking and any outdoor sports or activities.
