Diplomate Bio

Dr. Tarek Assi earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University where he also finished a post-graduate AEGD residency program. Dr. Assi's commitment to education and his desire to better serve his patients, along with his passion for implant Dentistry led him to pursue a Fellowship in dental implantology at the prestigious Misch Implant Institute where he graduated as a Fellow of the Misch Implant Institute with a dual certification in Implant Surgery and Implant Prosthodontics. Dr. Assi is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry, a Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and a Diplomate of the Internationl Dental Implant Association. Dr. Assi is a Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, a Fellow, of the American Dental Implant Association, and also holds a Mastership of the American Dental Implant Association. Dr. Assi is an active member of the Academy of Osseointegration, and the Academy of Genral Dentistry. He is also a Leader of a Dental Study Club, and a Proctor in the live surgery training program at dentalxp. Dr. Assi enjoys and belives in giving back to the community. He participates in dental mission trips nationally and overseas treating dental emergencies and raising awareness for preventive care. In his spare time he enjoys Photography, cooking, playing music, and traveling with his wife and their three beautiful chlidren.
